Connected Rounds

Building on the tradition of Grand Rounds, in which doctors, residents, medical students, and healthcare professionals are updated on important and evolving healthcare issues, procedures, and innovations, the Cleveland Clinic Civic Education Department has developed a connected learning program called "Connected Rounds" in which a team of Cleveland Clinic caregivers provides cross-functional perspectives on a topical health issue.

Connected Rounds is a series of grade-specific webinars in which students interact with Cleveland Clinic caregivers and complete hands-on activities as they delve deep into a designated health topic.  Teachers can download resources and materials to facilitate the Connected Rounds webinar activities.

Easy to Use Webinar Technology

Connected Rounds webinars are brought right into your classroom via Cisco WebEx technology.  All you need to connect is a computer or laptop equipped with a webcam, microphone, and speakers.  Students will also need to access a computer, tablet, or smart phone to participate in Connected Rounds webinars.
