Health Horizons Internship Program

After much consideration and to protect the safety and well-being of our patients, caregivers and community, we have decided to cancel Cleveland Clinic’s K–12 Education summer experiences and internship programs. These programs are rewarding for students, schools and mentors, but we believe this decision is in the best interest of our community. We will continue to explore future student programs and share information once opportunities are available.

In collaboration with Youth Opportunities Unlimited (Y.O.U.), the Health Horizons Internship Program expands the knowledge of science and medicine for "at promise" students who live and attend school in Northeast Ohio.

This nine-week internship program gives current Y.O.U. participants the opportunity to learn about various healthcare professions while working alongside Cleveland Clinic caregivers.

This nine-week paid internship provides selected students who have an interest in healthcare careers the opportunity to work and learn alongside experienced world-renowned healthcare professionals at Cleveland Clinic. Students gain exposure to the wide range of careers in healthcare and the academic requirements to pursue them.
