Celebrating an accomplished caregiver

Cleveland Clinic’s K–12 Education School Programs Department congratulates caregiver Tom Miller, Manager of Connected Learning, on his acceptance into Cleveland Clinic’s Harnessing Potential Program. This highly selective opportunity provides professional enrichment to caregivers who demonstrate Cleveland Clinic’s core Values and Behaviors, as well as a commitment to diversity and inclusion. In tune with Cleveland Clinic Leader Behaviors, participants have also shown the ability, commitment, and aspiration to transition into leadership roles at Cleveland Clinic.

Since Tom joined the K–12 Education team in 2016, he’s played an integral role in moving its mission forward through Connected Learning. A true innovator, Tom’s passion for student engagement, intense love of technology, and willingness to forge new paths continue to produce exceptional learning outcomes and record-breaking student engagement. In fact, the growth of Connected Learning programs such as Worldwide Classroom allowed Cleveland Clinic’s K–12 Education School Programs Department to engage more than 15,000 students across six states in 2019 alone.  A proven asset to the organization, there’s no doubt Tom will continue to excel – from team player to team leader, and beyond!
