Abstract: The Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Clinic was created to meet the needs of a population that suffers from CKD. This Clinic seeks to educate its patients on exactly what they are up against when it comes to chronic kidney disease. There are certain factors that play a role in CKD, such as Glomerular Filtration Rates, that this project focused on to see if the Clinic has actually been effective in any way.
